About me…

Hi, I’m Gemma. I’m a qualified Integrative counsellor and I offer therapeutic support for people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure about what they need. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, relationship difficulties, and major life changes, supporting you to better understand yourself and the patterns that may be holding you back.

Therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong,” but about creating space to gently explore your experiences with honesty, compassion, and curiosity.

Together, we can begin to make sense of difficult feelings, build self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating, at a pace that feels right for you.

I will aim to support you in building self-awareness, understanding yourself more fully, and finding healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and relating.

  • I am based in Lindfield West Sussex.

  • I provide therapeutic support through one to one sessions, for a variety of different emotional challenges. Some of these include:

    Anxiety, Depression, Relationship difficulties, Identity crisis and Life Transitions.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through my contact form and schedule a call. I can then walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • You can reach me anytime via my contact page or email and I will aim to respond as quickly as possible.

  • I offer an initial 20 minute online assessment session, which is free of charge. (The purpose of this is to get a sense of whether or not we might be a good fit to work together.)

    Going forward, the cost of individual sessions is £60 per session.

  • I am available for both in person and online sessions.
